2+4 but the guys don't think so

Okay, today is a very important day, no the main point is not about the education fair, BUT IT'S THAT I'M FINALLY GETTING MY BEEF NOODLES. Checked out Shin Kee after help from food bloggers online and also Bailey, whom I think she is a food lover (I think) because she actually tried most of the beef noodles in KL.

Shin Kee: Hop off Pasar Seni lrt station and it's opposite Lai Foong near Kasturi Walk.
The noodles were surprisingly good, minced meat not oily and the texture, perfect.

Fresh Beef Slices were tender. Best beef slices I've tasted so far.

Beef balls. Comes great with the chili sauce. Just hoped it was bigger, serving was small since we ordered the small sized one and we were still hungry after that.

Family business. There are many blogs online which already blogged about the beef noodles here so check out the blogs for more detailed information.

 Heading towards Education Fair.

Then met these guys and ended up having ice cream.

THIS IS GORGEOUS

Should I? Looks sooooo tempting.

On the way to Jalan Alor for dinner... what is she doing hahahaha

She is G

These days I'm just slacking at home cus' no one wants to hire me till February. Yumcha with Gillian today and we finally decided to meet up at DOOR's cafe.

We used to meet up often before SPM and this is the first time we meet up after we graduated from high school. We were actually best friends in Form 1, remember 1a10? There's Mich, me, her, Lei and Chaw En, we moved on to Form 2 and we got into different groups since then. But still, I'm happy that we can keep good contact throughout these years.

My cute hamster named G- force, G for short.

Raspberry- cherry jam and chocolate layered pie. The jam was really something.

Red Velvet, not the best I've tasted though.

My henna art is still not fading away.

She's like a child who would express herself throughly, she can be so happy when the coffee arrived.

Yes this is the perfect poster for that movie hahahaha.

Fake enough.

Then we pranked call Koon Theng and made a visit at the plae he's working at. No offence his jokes got lamer and aren't funny anymore and how dare he deleted my number!

Visited the comic shop which me and Lei have been visiting since we were 12 and was told that the uncle is gonna close down the shop by February. Somehow gonna miss this place cus' it's actually me and Lei's hideout place.

 So thank God it's Friday!

Candid enough hahaha.

SB

So I 'yumcha' with my SB (secret buddy), Ivan and I'm  not gonna blog about what we talked about cus' it was sort of private but I just wanna write something out of it. Me and Ivan got close during choir practice and we've been good buddies ever since, he's an amazing listener and would listen to my problems and at many times he hit me right in the spot when I'm trying to cover up something. I don't really compliment guys, or even girls but he's someone I truly appreciate.

Honestly my bffs never thought that I'm mature enough, or that word just doesn't describe me. Is it that maybe I'm always clinging onto them and make decisions without much hesitation , I'm not sure but no one calls me mature. Except for two guys. One of them is Ivan. I wouldn't say I'm very mature, I call it I experienced certain circumstances earlier than most people do, and I'm glad I did. I always thought that I'm a coward in making decisions, I tend to rely or follow other people's opinions and just when I decided to step out of my comfort zone, the first step felt great but deep down I know it risks a part of me. I challenged myself, I took the chance. People may think I'm taking the chance without much consideration but I thought, it's great, you feel the danger you feel the fear yet it's just thrilling to be on this road you chose to take. An eye for an eye, you took the chance, you risked yourself and of course you'll have to face the heart- wrenching consequences. It's just pretty surprising how I climbed out from the pit so fast. I was surprised by myself too. It's either I didn't fall deep, or is it I chose to ignore the fact and covered it up with laughter and hobbies. Ivan asked me, are you ignoring it or I've already moved on? I have no idea either. Guess I'll just put my trust on God. He'll lead, always.

Slacking together is better than slacking alone.

I seriously think I'll have to dress up myself even though I'm at home, and not do aunty hairstyles at home cus' my friends especially Monkey (xl) always bang into my house all of sudden and I'll have to get ready within ten minutes, which literally means get my hair to be proper (who has proper hair at home) and change clothes or even wash up. So it happened again today, cus' I didn't saw the message 'I'm coming' HAHAHA. I dressed up in ten minutes and joined Monkey and Wei Ching in the car.
Point is, we have no idea where we wanna head to HAHAHA.

So after wasting much time driving around we ended up at Palsaik Korean BBQ in Scott Garden.

Next stop we decided to crash Xian's house. Was a surprise but ended up whatssaping him about his house number HAHA.
Selfies

Long chats with Xian and then Fei Kin joined. He was so stressed out about college and I was like woah, I'll just stick to FIA. NO A LEVELS NO AUSMAT. Just realized for the past month I've been working like crazy and forgot about what a real hang out was like. Feels pretty good to meet up old friends, chill and just tokok banyak HAHA. Then we headed to the mamak behind my house and tokok somemore. It was actually my first time to mamak at 11 something, feels like I'M FINALLY 18! Just kidding, grandpa called and just realized I'm gonna miss my max curfew at 12 (I'm considered lucky cus' I have a late curfew) .

Really thought today will just be watching korean dramas and crying at korean dramas because you know how sad it is to see my babe cry in the drama HAHAHA. So I ended up not crying and hopped on a car and ran away from home, which is really funny cus' it's better to be unproductive together than being unproductive alone. Btw I'm blogging cus' I drank 'cham' which is actually Kopi at the mamak, which means I can't sleep HAHA. But I can't resist coffee... my bad. Great catch up. Nights.

Breathe

Probably because I'm an extrovert or maybe I'm not those people who are so in- control of their emotions, I take time to heal and actually find my stand. As in an extrovert I tend to gain energy from people, I need people to be around me, whether to talk to or just for company. I might look desperate but that's who I am, I'm a desperate extrovert (sounds so wrong but never mind haha). Of course there's still some time when I wanna be alone, but not any of these days, not anytime now. So my friend asked me out to KL, I agreed immediately because I thought it's the best place to actually take a long stroll and take photos. (Not a pretty skilled photographer but I just like taking photos.)

Trust me the whole trip I was actually self - reflecting. I thought about the messages during service, I looked back at my mistakes, on why am I so not in control, why do I follow my feelings every time. Call me emotional but I'm glad I'm like that. I thought it was beautiful that somehow a person can be in moods and listen to sad songs, feel the pain (lol), yes and I mean it, feeling the pain may seem dreadful but those crying and stay-in-bed-all-afternoon moments, you tend to realize it's a beautiful cycle of how life is supposed to be. You fall deep, cry, push all your tear- soaked blankets aside and there, a new you, brilliant, perfect for a great start.

In fact I started to read stuff I've never read, like em cosmopolitan.com . In my opinion the writer's confessions about their love and s*x lives are very psychologically related. Okay don't get me weird but I thought it's okay to know about these stuff, if you know what cosmopolitan has in store. I meant, comon' we're eighteen! We at least, should have a brief idea of what all these boy girl relationships are about and of course the most taboo three letter word. It's not about being a pervert but to actually understand what it was all about, so you don't get cheated when you attend college parties (HAHAHA joking).  Don't get me wrong, it's all psychological.

Guess I can be psychologically and spiritually healed soon. I can't wait.

Never take back what was left behind. It was left for good.

Did Henna art with monkey choo

Not good in the photo but I just felt me.

KGB Burger - Killer Gourmet Burgers- @MidValley

Okay, I was so happy, so grateful that Ivan saw my tweet and called me. I owe you. I was strolling around and found out this KGB burger (Killer Gourmet Burger) and I immediately knew it I AM GONNA EAT THAT BURGER.

Seats were little but we managed to find one at 3pm. I passed by during 1 pm and woah, sea of people. I tried peeking at people's food HAHAHAHAHA. Very Chinese-style, of course I'm a Chinese.

So I met up with Ivan and Julian after their movie. Food journey starts here.

Limited seats so better be here before peak hours to have a good seat.

Woots my order: KGB Spiked
It's crust seared beef, sharp cheddar, crispy beef bacon and KGB spicy sauce.

See that juicy tangy beef? It's gorgeous. First bite was heaven, you get the crispy bits of beef bacon and Autralian beef all together in one big bite, with the spicy KGB sauce and cheddar balancing the meaty taste. Suprisingly the beef is not too thin, very generous size and there's bits of beef bacon in every bite, totally worth a try.

What turns me off is the bun. It's not very filling and Burgerlab's black charcoal bun wins it. But if you have a small appetite it will be just right, maybe I just wanted a more satisfying bun hahaha. I would suggest guys to order a side dish of fries which is quite pricey at Rm 7.90. I didn't try it though but there a few types of seasonings, they got Salt&Pepper, Herbed, Spicy Cajun and Malt vinegar(ohmygod can't imagine the tatse, imagine malt with vinegar?!)

Still, I loved the filling. Really nice beef patty. There are two types of patty, I ordered the crust seared patty instead of the grilled patty.

That bite of yummy- goodness. Worth a try, no regrets forking out bucks for it.

The Shack.
Grilled chicken here, beef patty available too.

It's Julian's order and it's kinda simple and casual I call it. It's grilled chicken, sharp cheddar and shack sauce, pretty easy kind of burger. I didn't try it but chicken lovers can give it a go, especially chickien- eating girls. Okay that sounds weird hahaha. It's not messy s don't worry getting sauce all over your hands and mouth. Not a fan of grilled chicken, I'm always a beef lover.

Viola, The Bash.

Third burger, it's Ivan's order, and the priciest burger among us three. It has the richest ingredients ever, Grilled beef, bacon jam relish (wow), provolone cheese( sounds expensive and yummy) , caramelized onions and maple cornflakes (yeah real cereal cornflakes to add crisp to the burger).
I didn't try it though but he said it was good.

It's that kind of big messy burger though it doesn't seem like it here. As for that white gooey thing, it's caramelized onions. Looks good, gonna try it on my next visit. The Bash is more like for huge beef eaters. Name it, it's beef, yummiest meat on earth. What kills is when you found the perfect beef patty.

This is Ivan, my sb. Known him for three years ( I think so) and he always nice to chat with. Gonna graduate soon and grateful that I get to meet up with him. Thanks buddy for the Chamomile tea.
Oh and sorry girls, he's taken. Not single anymore hahahaha.

I look weird, lost my double eye lids to puffed eyes. Nooooooo. Not a good face day.
